Added the menu component to this. This is the start of a basic menuing system.
Also, the previous check in contained some minor fixes, some new graphics, etc. The Camera system mostly works, but is missing major functionality.

1) Allow for tile engine to not take up entire window. This is done by setting a screen pixel height\width that the engine is allowed to play inside of.
2) Add scaling ability to the tileengine component. This is done by creating a scaling based on the allowable screen size it has to play with and the number of tiles that it is being asked to display in it. It multiplies by tile size to get the amount of real estate that is necessary in both directions, then creates a scaling factor based off of how much it actually has to display.
